Your interactive Peakon dashboard is unique to you. It's designed to present the most relevant insights on those you lead. You can view high-level trends, make comparisons between employee groups, and deep-dive into areas of interest.

Spending 15 minutes in Peakon reviewing your insights, interacting with comments, and setting actions, will help drive your team’s engagement while you learn about what really motivates your team and how they feel.
These steps will allow you to understand your latest scores, trends, and segmentation; review and respond to employee comments; and set actions and share them with your team.
Step 1: Review
To populate data on your dashboard, Peakon asks different kinds of questions that include engagement questions, driver questions, and open-ended questions. Your organization may also ask questions related to the health and wellbeing of your employees or questions that measure your organisation’s efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
The front page of your dashboard can be read from top to bottom and will include your overall engagement score. Peakon uses average scores and eNPS when calculating scores. After a couple of rounds, you’ll be able to see how scores are trending and which drivers have the biggest impact on engagement. To provide context to your score, your team score will be benchmarked against your company’s average score. To adjust for varying demographics, a true benchmark will be applied to your score to make any necessary adjustments.
Step 2: Respond
Interacting with comments on Peakon has been proven to lead to higher participation rates. Letting employees know they’ve been heard ensures continued participation and higher quality feedback. Use one of the four acknowledgments or reply with a conversation to close the feedback loop and help guide your action planning. Step 3: Action
Setting actions on Peakon has shown to have a significant impact on your driver scores over time. Based on the data and feedback that you’ve reviewed, you can now set priorities, create an action plan targeted to improve these driver scores, and assign deadlines. When creating actions, we would recommend considering a few quick wins that you could make each month as well as longer term actions to work towards over an extended period of time.
Sharing the dashboard provides a lightweight version of your dashboard and is the best way to communicate what you’re working on directly to your team. It can be emailed to your team in a couple of clicks and can allow employees to see how their feedback is being acted upon.
