Administrators can enable the Actions feature via the Access Control page of your dashboard.

In the screenshot below, you can see the how to navigate to this page:

Under Administration > Access Control, select the Access Group that you would like to grant Action access to, and then toggle the option under Actions dropdown in the list. 

  • Access to actions: Enables managers to see the actions that have been set by those below them in your organisation's hierarchy. For example, a head of department will be able to see the actions that their line managers have created.
  • Manage actions: Gives the ability to create, edit and delete actions in their Action plans.  

We would recommend to enable both these options. The transparency they create, helps to foster accountability – and ensures actions are taken to address feedback.
