The personal employee engagement summary is a great way for employees to get insights into their own engagement scores. The summary is enabled on the survey schedule itself under the "Survey settings" tab.

To enable it please follow these steps: 

  1. Head to Schedules 
  2. Choose a schedule where you want to activate the summary
  3. Select the Survey settings tab, where you will have the option to activate or deactivate the Summary for those employees who are part of the schedule. 

To preview the personal engagement summary:

  1. Click on Preview survey
  2. Once the survey has loaded, the engagement summary preview options at the bottom of the page
  3. You'll be able to view the first and subsequent engagement summaries
