Peakon's health & wellbeing dashboard allows you to keep a pulse on your employee health and wellbeing, and how that relates to their engagement levels. This article will cover the dashboard and configuration of health & wellbeing on Peakon. For background on the question set and theory references, refer to this article.
Similarly to the Engage dashboard, the health & wellbeing dashboard shows the overall category score (based on the main health & wellbeing category question), the NPS breakdown, benchmark details, score over time and participation.
After each survey round closes, the system will calculate the strength and priority drivers of health & wellbeing, to highlight any key areas of focus. This will be based on the drivers that have a significant difference to benchmark and impact on the main health and wellbeing score.
To see all driver and sub-driver scores, regardless of strengths and priorities, either click on Show all drivers just beneath your highlighted drivers, or in the left menu by clicking on Analysis > Drivers > Health and Wellbeing tab, as shown below. Under the Analysis section, it is also possible to click on Question Scores to see the score per question. This can be useful when additional custom questions are added to the health and wellbeing drivers or sub-drivers.
Using segmentation, it is also possible to see the health and wellbeing scores per segment within your company, provided they have met the visibility requirements. This can indicate the difference in health and wellbeing scores between different locations, teams, tenures, age groups and more. Comments and topics
To filter comments on health and wellbeing questions only, go into the Comments page and using the filter switch it from All comments to Health and Wellbeing comments. This will show the health and wellbeing comments that are part of the context you are looking at. For example, if you switch your context to Sales (Department) and go into the comments page, you will see comments for Sales only, and any further filters applied will also be within Sales only.
The same can be done when viewing comment topics, by choosing Health and Wellbeing Topics from the filtered options. From here, it is possible to click on each topic to view it in more detail.
The health and wellbeing questions are available to customers on the Business plan and can be found under the Questions section within the Administration panel. Simply click on the health and wellbeing section and toggle on any questions that you wish to use. To read more about configuring questions, click here.
To activate the health and wellbeing questions on a specific survey schedule, open the schedule and toggle the question category on under the Frequency tab.
