Aggregated responses for the Values are shown on your dashboard, providing an illustration of each value's effectiveness. You can review your Value scores by looking at different parts of your dashboard:

As with most insights from Peakon, the absolute score is not really the most interesting data.
How the scores fluctuate over time (which you can track by clicking on the name of a value and viewing the trend line, once you have several survey rounds that have included these questions) will provide a valuable look at whether your culture is indeed becoming more values-driven.
3. Heat map
The heat map will also enable you to see the areas of your organisation that are most aligned to these values. Just click the driver selector and choose Values. Then choose segments to add to your view.
In the screenshot you can see the Values are listed to the right of the heat map with the purple values wording, setting them apart from the engagement drivers.
Should you have teams or demographics that stand out here, you can click through to see specific feedback and gain an understanding of what can be done to avoid sub-cultures forming.
Topics will likely provide the most practical guidance on what can be done for each team, or the company as a whole, to become more aligned with its values. By grouping the comments given in response to Peakon's values into common themes, you'll be able to quickly gauge the most important activities promoting or detracting from each value. You can see your Value's Topics by going to Topics > and filtering by Value Topics on the drop down menu.
To see a particular topic, just click on it and you will be taken to that topic's dashboard.
If you are looking to gather more detailed feedback from your users, you can directly review each Value's comments by going to Comments and filtering by Value Comments. Here you also have the option to filter by each Value that you have set up, which allows you to focus to one Value at a time. All the comments can also be exported into a CSV file by clicking 'Export' at the top-right.
If a Value is deleted, the Value will disappear from the filter under the Comments section and it won't be possible to filter by that specific Value. However, comments from this Value will still be available if no Value filters are being used.
