I've received an email invitation to view a Peakon dashboard but the link in the email has expired.  

The link in the email invitation will expire after eight weeks. You can enter your email into the forgot password link below. This will prompt an email to be sent to your inbox. Open the email and follow the prompts to create/reset your password and log into Peakon.

I've logged into my Peakon account but it says there are no surveys to complete?

Your access to view the dashboard has been revoked by one of the administrators. Contact your HR representative who will be able to assist you further or put you in touch with the account administrator. Our support team is not authorised to grant you access to Peakon data without instruction from one of the account administrators. Account administrators are able to grant you access to Peakon data.

I cannot remember my password to log into Peakon

Click on the forgot password link below to reset your password. Once you have entered your email address be sure to check your inbox and follow the prompts in the mail to reset your password.

I've tried to log into Peakon but it says my email is not recognised?

If your email is not recognised, check for spelling mistakes or try using another email address. The email address you use to login needs to match the email address that has been added to your employee record on Peakon. 

Alternatively, contact your local HR representative who will be able to assist you further or put you in contact with the account administrator. Account administrators are able to confirm the email address entered on employee records stored on Peakon.  

How do I login using Single Sign-on?

Single Sign-on means you are able to click on the login option and use your company email address and password to log into Peakon. You will need to navigate to the app section of your identity provider. From there, click on the Peakon app. This will the automatically direct you to Peakon and log you in. 


I'm not sure what email address to use when I log in?

If you received an email invitation to log into your Peakon dashboard, use the email address that email was sent to. 

The email address you use to log in needs to match the email address that has been added to your employee record on Peakon. 

If you are in doubt, please contact your local HR representative who will be able to assist you further or put you in touch with the account administrator who will be able to confirm which email address has been used on your employee record stored on Peakon.
